I do not offer refunds on patterns. The patterns are made available right after checkout and are sent to the email used at checkout. Due to the immediate access to the product, a refund cannot be offered at this time.

For all return/refund requests, contact me directly within 14 days of receiving the item(s) at paulaaverkamp@gmail.com.

  • Returns need to be made within 14 days of agreeing to the return.

  • Returns need to include a note of the full name and/or order number.

  • Returned items need to be in unworn/unused condition.

    • Refunds will be reduced if items are returned damaged due to wear/use.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return

  • Customers are responsible for all costs of returning items to our UK return address, including international return postage where applicable. We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs.
